Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation and can be used in many beneficial ways. For example, Hypnotherapy can be used to alter behaviour patterns, as with slimming or to quit smoking. Hypnosis can teach you to relax and reduce your stress levels. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat insomnia, amnesia, or travel sickness. Your Hypnotherapist can help you with many stress related symptoms, such as gastrointestinal problems etc.

Hypnotherapy can help you over hurdles, like; fear of flying, exam nerves, driving test nerves, nervousness of the dentist or public performances. Hypnotherapy can boost confidence, break habits like nail biting, or help with concentration and learning. It can also be very helpful with emotional or psychological problems, such as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stutters & stammers, and psychosomatic symptoms, etc.
 
Some Hypnotherapists will specialise in a particular area such as giving up smoking, weight control, past life regression or Hypno Analysis etc.
